520 SUMMER MENUWe are right in the heat of summer in Bellevue! And we are serving up a hot new menu with cocktails, appetizers, salads & entrees to entice anyone’s taste buds!

Summer in Bellevue is filled with beach days, boating excursions, Mariner’s games, in between your get aways to far off destinations. We know that feeling good in your skin is important to feeling confident to get the most out of your summer.

This is why we spent weeks tasting and testing different items to make sure we could produce light and delicious  choices that leave you feeling great without sacrificing flavor.

APPETIZERS

520 Summer Menu - Shrimp CevicheSHRIMP CEVICHE

Fresh shrimp, pico de gallo & avocado served with tortilla chips for a light & flavorful appetizer.

CRISPY CAPRESE FLATBREAD

Ricotta, goat’s cheese & mozzarella baked on crispy flatbread with grape tomatoes & basil and finished with drizzle of balsamic glaze.

STEAK TACOS

Tender hanger steak tacos garnished with pickled, red onion,pico de gallo & avocado.

PAN SEARED COD TACOS

Fresh cajun seasoned cod served with pico de gallo, pickled red onion & avocado topped with jalapeño aioli & cilantro.

SALADS

TROPICAL PRAWN

Sautéed prawns, romaine & spring mix tossed in a tropical mango dressing with almonds, strawberries, mango, mandarin oranges, red onions & goat’s cheese.

520 Summer Menu- Santorini Greek Salad

SANTORINI

Our 520 Greek Salad with ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, kalamata olives, red onions & feta cheese in our Greek vinaigrette.

SESAME KALE

A vegan delight! Kale, cucumbers, red & green bell peppers, bok choy, carrots, cabbage, red onions, craisins, red apples & pumpkin seeds tossed in sesame ginger dressing.

ENTREE

PAN-SEARED PARMESAN WHITEFISH

A light & flaky pan-seared white fish hand breaded in parmesan & served over a greek inspired chilled quinoa salad & over a bed of arugula & red alfredo sauce.

Liquor 43 shaken with whipped cream, lime juice & Pinnacle whipped vodka for a creamy lime martini finished with a graham cracker crust.

Crisp & refreshing. Vinho Verde, St Germaine & soda.

Classic lemon martini with Stoli Blueberri, Chambord & a sugared rim.
